Deposit

-The deposit to secure your session is $100 and applies towards your total

-Events deposits are 20% of the total cost

*All deposits are non-refundable*

Location

-Travel fees apply to locations outside of the El Paso area, fees vary depending on distance (and accommodation if applicable)

Rescheduling/cancelation

-I understand life happens, the first reschedule is free of charge, new date will depend on current availability

-After the first reschedule, a new deposit of $100 will be required

-If you wish to cancel your session, please note that any payments made will not be refunded under any circumstances


Additional images | Products

-Clients have the option to purchase additional images when selecting their photos

-Clients may also purchase products from me directly, such as prints, albums, engraved USB's, and engraved photo boxes

Turnaround

-Final galleries are delivered within 3 weeks of your session, via email

*please keep this in mind while booking, especially for birthday sessions*

Booking

-While keeping turnaround time in mind, I suggest booking your session at least 6-8 weeks in advance as spots fill up quickly, especially during busy months of spring and fall

-All deposit payments are made through the invoice sent to your email,. Debit, credit and cash app payments are accepted

-Remaining payments may be made through the same invoice, or in cash the day of
